A Smarter Boardroom AV Experience for the Pies!
Tasman AV is proud to have partnered with Collingwood Football Club to transform the AV experience in their boardroom, delivering a seamless blend of cutting-edge technology, outstanding performance and design that complements the room’s beautiful aesthetics.
The brief was clear: resolve distorted microphone capture, uneven audio coverage, camera distortion and a clunky user interface — all while preserving the premium look and feel of the space.
The result? A smarter, cleaner and more intuitive boardroom experience.
Crystal-Clear Audio Capture
Two Yamaha Adecia ceiling microphone arrays, precisely positioned above the boardroom table using custom threaded-rod mounting on the central H-beam, deliver consistent and reliable voice pickup.
Precision Audio Distribution
Two Yamaha PoE line-array speakers, discreetly concealed within the black timber paneling, provide steerable audio coverage throughout the room. Carefully directed away from glass surfaces, the system helps minimise unwanted reflections and reverberation for clearer, more intelligible sound.
Next-Level Video Conferencing
A MAXHUB AI-enhanced, dual-lens 4K PTZ conferencing camera, seamlessly integrated beneath the TV within a custom mesh recess, delivers an elegant installation without compromising performance.
One-Touch Simplicity
The MAXHUB XCore Kit Pro, featuring a Microsoft Teams touch panel and core engine, makes meetings effortless. With intuitive one-touch operation, wireless presentation and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) support, users can focus on the meeting — not the technology.
Optimised System Performance
A dedicated Yamaha network switch connects the Yamaha audio ecosystem, with the system professionally configured and optimised for reliable performance.
Technology that performs. Design that impresses. Simplicity that just works.
Another great example of how thoughtful AV design and precision integration can elevate the entire meeting experience — without compromising the room’s aesthetics.
Flick the switch, sit back and enjoy!
Good Old Collingwood Forever!
